I never thought I would be writing a book, let alone a recipe book.  The whole idea for this started with friends and family asking me for recipes from pictures of food I would post on my social media.  And now it has become a reality that I am excited to share.  You will find a lot of simple, healthy and delicious go to recipes that I make regularly.  The whole idea is showing you that with simple preparation you can eat healthy and love it!  It doesn’t have to be so hard.  I also include a nice tool for you that I use with my coaching clients.  It lists suggestions of what foods to eat, what combinations to eat them in and how often to be eating. I have always loved helping others…that has always remained a constant in my life.

My life’s mission and purpose is to help EMPOWER, INSPIRE and MOTIVATE others to live a happier, healthier life.  And this is a small piece of that.  I truly hope you get some good tips and find this helpful!  I am all about simplicity and making things as easy as possible!  We all live very busy lives these days, but that does not mean we need to be put our health to the side.  This is even more reason we need to take care of ourselves and fuel our bodies properly and often.
